Parents, the first day of school is right around the corner! If you still need to enroll your child, you can do so at their school or online. We encourage you to call your child's school prior to arriving as some offices are unavailable due to facilities projects.

Thank you to all families who finalized their enrollment this week! If you weren't able to attend the Enrollment Event, there is still time to get your child ready for the 2023-24 school year. Go to https://www.gckschools.com/o/gcps/page/enrollment for information on enrolling new and returning students. You can pay this year's fees online at https://payments.efundsforschools.com/v3/districts/55837.
Staff will be back in their buildings July 24. The District Enrollment Office is open Monday - Thursday from 8:30 - 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 - 4:30 p.m.

The Enrollment Even begins tomorrow!
At our Enrollment Event, your student athlete will have the opportunity to complete a free physical exam. Any student participating in a sport is required to complete a sports physical each year. The KSHSAA Physical Evaluation Form can be found at https://www.kshsaa.org/Public/PDF/FORM-PPE.pdf.
Health screenings for other students will not be given at the event, however you can schedule an appointment for a future date while you're there.

Students enrolling for the first time in a Kansas school will need an immunization record to enroll. Depending on your child's age, certain immunizations and health assessments may be required. A variety of immunizations/vaccinations will be available to students at our Enrollment Event. If your student is receiving an immunization, a copy of your health insurance may be required.

Our Transportation Department will be available at the Enrollment Event. You can apply for transportation through the enrollment process in Skyward, then verify that you qualify or check on the status of your request with one of our staff members. Please note that not all students qualify for district transportation.
